West Virginia Safety
Requirements The West Virginia
Division of Labor provides for the inspections of most amusement rides
and attractions in West Virginia. Every ride and attraction is
required by West Virginia Code to be inspected prior to its first use in
the State each calendar year. Look for a 4"x4" decal with the
current year punched to indicate that the ride has a valid permit to
operate.
If the inflatable company that you've hired
doesn't conform to these regulations, you could find yourself in a heap
of worry.
Our inflatables are inspected
and we are licensed each year by the West Virginia Division of Labor, Ride and Safety Division. You can call them anytime during the week to check on
our company or any other company you may decide to use. Proof of
insurance has to be shown before any and all inspections.
Operating in Ohio without inspections and
insurance is illegal.
Always be sure to verify that any amusement
company that you employ is licensed and insured.
